Terms of sale and licence

The plain version: buy it once, use it in as much music as you like, and don't share or resell your copy.

Who you're buying from

Michael H Dicker, trading as Superweapon Audio, 54 King Hill, Bude, Cornwall EX23 8QH, UK. Email hello@superweaponaudio.com.

Buying

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any VAT due. Drum Unmixer costs £29.99. Orders are processed by Moonbase, our reseller and merchant of record, which takes payment, charges any VAT or sales tax and sends your receipt. Once payment clears, your receipt email includes your download link straight away.

Your licence

You can
Install Drum Unmixer on the computers you personally use, and use it to make, release and sell music and sound commercially, with no royalties or credit required.
You can't
Share, upload, sell or rent your copy, or reverse-engineer or redistribute the software.
Ownership
You're buying a licence to use the software. Superweapon Audio keeps the copyright in it. The audio you make with it is yours.

Refunds and cancelling

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download starts, and at checkout we'll ask you to agree to this. Separately, if Drum Unmixer is faulty, doesn't match its description or isn't fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair or replacement and, if we can't fix it, a refund.

Updates and support

All updates to Drum Unmixer are free for as long as you own your licence. Download the latest version any time by signing in to My downloads on superweaponaudio.com with the email you bought with. Email hello@superweaponaudio.com for help; we're a very small creator and reply as soon as we can.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for business losses, or for losses caused by using the software in ways it isn't designed for. Nothing here limits your statutory rights or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
